Reflective Dog

On a cold and raining
winter night while out for a walk in the
dark these reflective dog coats really come
into their own. They are not only
water-resistant and fleece-lined,
keeping your pet dry and warm, but are
designed with safety in mind. The
high-visibility colouring to the
water-resistant fabric combined with the
reflective strip to the chest and the
twin-reflective stitching to the
polypropylene waist strap all the way round
the coat reflects car headlights from a
great distance. For dogs that can be trusted
off the lead, a torch light works equally
well. Now you can rest assured that you will
always know where he/she is at and, more
importantly perhaps, so will any
unsuspecting car drivers!
These range of dog coats
come in sizes of 12" to 30" in
steps of 2" and are available in two
high-visibility colours. All coats are waterproof
and fleece lined. They all have Velcro chest
fasteners and now come with reflective clip-close
polypropylene straps for that additional
safety. The dart at the back of the dog coat
insures a comfortable, stylish fit while
helping to keep the back of the coat down
during blustery conditions.

Guide to Measuring
Your Dog
When
measuring your dog for a reflective dog coat be sure he/she is standing
squarely in a natural position with the
head up. Take a tape-measure and measure
from the base of the neck to the base of
the tail (as depicted above). This value
(in inches) is the size of dog coat you
want. It is worth noting that our dog coats
come in sizes of 12" to 30" in
steps of 2" so if the size of your
dog does not match exactly use your best
judgement to select the next size up or
down. Don't forget that the base of the
tail should preferably be covered to stop
rain dripping down the back of the dog's
legs.
The
dogs waist measurement should be taken just
further back then the centre of his/her
back. Compare with the sizes below. If your
measurement is out of range then we can
re-size for you.
