Most products are kept in stock and we try to despatch on the day of order (Coats that have [SA] after their name at the top of the product page). Coats made by Kellings Dog Coats may take a little longer, usually no longer than a week, often a day or two, but during busy periods this can be a little longer (eg, the run up to Christmas). This is because each coat is made to order when there are lots of options availible; colours etc. For countries outside Europe we aim to supply within 7-14 days - depending entirely upon the post.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail and are recorded (track-and-trace). This means that someone will need to be there to sign for the delivery in the uk. Shipments may be split.
During busy times orders are taken from the computer in batches and the status is then updated from Pending to Processing. You will receive an automated email to notify you of this. From here it is usually no longer than 2-3 days until dispatch. If you are ordering a coat by Kellings Dog Coats (see the Manufacturer-Info box on the left of the product page) please be aware that you are ordering a product that is being made to your specific order and that this can take a few days longer than a stock item.
If you live in the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey etc) you qualify for 0%-rated VAT. To get this be sure you select the COUNTRY you live in as CHANNEL ISLANDS and not UNITED KINGDOM when creating your account. If you already have an account please log in and click MY ACCOUNT at the top right of the main website and click on the link to change your primary address in your address book.
Shipping prices are determined by the number of items to buy. Prices well be displayed on screen during the checkout process.
There is NO MINIMUM ORDER VALUE.
In placing an order, you are confirming the following statement:
I am 18 years of age or older. I believe I am permitted by law to receive these products in my country for my own personal use, which is the basis on which I am purchasing the products.
I understand that I will be liable for any local country or state taxes, should these arise. I understand it is my sole responsibility to follow closely the manufacturers instructions shown on the product.
ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE AND NEED TO SWAP?
This is not a problem. As long as the coat has not been used - other than to try on obviously - you may return the coat TOGETHER WITH A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE and a NOTE detailing what it is you would like to exchange the coat for. If you are ordering a more expensive coat, please enclose a cheque (sterling only please) payable to K9dogcoats.com to cover the difference.
NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT?
If you are not satisfied with the goods - for any reason - provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving them, we will accept their return (unopened and unused) and we will credit you within 30 days of their return for the price of the goods minus the P&P. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
